DIRECTIONS
- Clean the skin thoroughly before applying this product
- Use one to three drops to cover the entire affected area with a thin layer one to three times daily
- Because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with one application daily, then gradually increase to two or three times daily if needed or as directed by a doctor
- If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day.
- Sensitivity Test for a New User. Apply product sparingly to one or two small affected areas during the first 3 days. If no discomfort occurs, follow the directions stated above.

When using this product
- Keep away from eyes. If contact occurs, flush thoroughly with water.
- Skin irritation and dryness is more likely to occur if you use another topical acne medication at the same time. If irritation occurs, only use one topical acne medication at a time.

Q: Will OXY® Total Care® Vitamin C Serum bleach my skin?
A: No. Unlike the hydroquinone that is found in some serums, the vitamin C in OXY® Total Care® will not bleach your skin and is not banned in the U.K., Japan, Australia, and Europe like hydroquinone is.
Q: Why is this Serum clear? My other Vitamin C serums look more cloudy and/or thicker.

Q: How should I use this product?
A: Follow the below directions and use as directed on the package:
- Clean your skin thoroughly before applying this product. For best results, use OXY® Total Care® Creamy Facial Cleanser. You can either use Total Care® Serum before your moisturizer (such as OXY® Total Care® Clarifying Moisturizer) or after, once the moisturizer has fully absorbed into your skin.
- Use one to three drops to cover the entire affected area with a thin layer one to three times daily. Either dispense the drops onto your fingers or directly onto your face from the dropper. Pat or rub in gently and let fully absorb before applying any makeup.
- Because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with one application daily, then gradually increase to two or three times daily if needed or as directed by a doctor.

Q: Do I have to use the other OXY® Total Care® products with this one?
A: No. Each OXY® Total Care® product can be used alone, with other OXY® acne products, or with other products in your skincare routine today. However, for best results we recommend applying the OXY® Total Care® Vitamin C Serum after washing your face with OXY® Total Care® Creamy Cleanser. You can also use the Vitamin C Serum either before or after the OXY® Total Care® Clarifying Moisturizer. If you experience any irritation, please reduce or discontinue use.
We recommend waiting until any other products have fully absorbed into your skin before applying the OXY® Total Care® Vitamin C Serum.
Q: Can I use this product if I have dry or sensitive skin?
A: Yes. OXY® Total Care® Vitamin C Serum is specially designed to hydrate dry skin with hyaluronic acid as it treats your acne.
It does, however, have salicylic acid as an active ingredient. If you are new to this product and could be sensitive to its ingredients, apply product sparingly to one or two small affected areas during the first 3 days. If no discomfort occurs, follow the directions on the package as usual. If you experience any irritation, please reduce or discontinue use.
Q. When I applied the Serum, it seemed to be coming off my face in little balls as I rubbed it in. What is happening?
A. It’s possible you might have used too much product, so please make sure you are using the product as directed. Start with just one-to-three drops on your fingers and apply. You may apply a few more drops if needed, but it only takes a little bit to cover your entire face, neck, and décolletage. You might also need to wait a little longer for your moisturizer to absorb more fully (if applying over moisturizer) or for your face to dry (if applying after a cleanser). Last, try just patting the product on (like often done with J-beauty products) instead of rubbing it in. It helps apply the product more gently and avoids unnecessary friction on your face as the product is absorbing into your skin.
